Human Resource and Natural Development Organisation (HRND) was created to provide help and training to the people in need in Cambodia.
HRND is dedicated to providing support to the women and orphaned children who make up so much of rural Cambodian society.
HRND plans to develop an education and development infrastructure that will enable the people of the village to provide for themselves.
